VEEVUS — Privacy & Cookies Policy

Last updated: Sept. 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how VEEVUS LLC (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from veevus.com (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us regarding the Site (collectively, the "Services"). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Our Commitment on Data Sales

VEEVUS does not sell your personal information to data brokers or other third parties for money, and we never will. We are not in the business of monetizing your data. As described below, we do use standard advertising technologies (such as Meta, TikTok, and Google advertising pixels) to run and measure our own ads — and under some state privacy laws (like California's), that kind of data sharing with ad platforms is legally categorized as a "sale" or "share" even though no money changes hands. We disclose that activity transparently below and give you a way to opt out of it, because we'd rather over-disclose than leave you guessing.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date, and take any other steps required by applicable law.

How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

To provide the Services, we collect personal information about you from a variety of sources, as set out below. The information that we collect and use varies depending on how you interact with us.

In addition to the specific uses set out below, we may use information we collect about you to communicate with you, provide or improve the Services, comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce any applicable terms of service, and protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

What Personal Information We Collect

The types of personal information we obtain about you depend on how you interact with our Site and use our Services.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact details including your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Order information including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment confirmation, email address, and phone number.
  • Account information including your username, password, and security questions.
  • Shopping information including items viewed or added to your cart, loyalty points, reviews, referrals, or gift cards.
  • Customer support information including anything you include in communications with us.

You may elect not to provide certain information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing related features.

Information We Collect About Your Usage We may automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services ("Usage Data") using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies ("Cookies"). Usage Data may include device information, browser information, network connection information, your IP address, and other information regarding your interaction with the Services.

Information We Obtain from Third Parties We may obtain information about you from third parties, including:

  • Companies who support our Site and Services, such as Shopify.
  • Our payment processors, who collect payment information to fulfill your orders.
  • Advertising and analytics partners (see "Advertising Technologies and Your Choices" below).

Any information we obtain from third parties will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Personal Information

  • Providing Products and Services. To process payments, fulfill orders, send account/order notifications, manage your account, arrange shipping, and facilitate returns and exchanges. We may also enable Shopify to match your account with other Shopify services you choose to use; Shopify processes that information under its own Privacy Policy.
  • Marketing and Advertising. To send marketing, advertising, and promotional communications, and to show you advertisements for our products, including by using advertising technologies described below.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention. To detect, investigate, and act on possible fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity.
  • Communicating with You and Service Improvement. To provide customer support and improve our Services.

Advertising Technologies and Your Choices

We use third-party advertising technologies — such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google advertising tags — to run and measure the performance of our own advertising. These tools share limited information about your activity on our Site (such as pages viewed, products added to cart, or purchases made) with those platforms so they can help us reach people likely to be interested in VEEVUS products and measure how well our ads perform.

We do not sell this information for cash, and we do not give it to data brokers. However, because these platforms may use the information for their own advertising purposes, some state privacy laws classify this activity as a "sale" or "share" of personal information. In the table below, we disclose this activity as required by those laws.

Category of Personal Information Categories of Recipients Purpose
Identifiers (name, email, phone number) Advertising partners (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) Advertising and ad measurement
Commercial information (products viewed or purchased) Advertising partners Advertising and ad measurement
Usage Data Advertising partners Advertising and ad measurement

Your Right to Opt Out. You can opt out of this advertising-related sharing at any time by:

  • Submitting a request through our Contact Us form and stating that you'd like to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information; or
  • Enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we automatically honor as an opt-out request for the browser/device sending it, and, where we can match it to your account, for your account as well; or
  • Adjusting your ad preferences directly within Meta, TikTok, or Google's own settings.

Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Site or receive products and services from us — it only stops the advertising-related data sharing described above.

Workout Data (VEEVUS App)

If you use the workout-logging feature in the VEEVUS mobile app, you may choose to enter information such as exercises performed, sets, reps, weights lifted, personal records, and similar fitness notes ("Workout Data"). This information is entered manually by you — the App does not use sensors, cameras, or biometric measurement to automatically detect or infer your physical condition, and does not connect to Apple Health, Google Fit, or third-party wearables.

We treat Workout Data as sensitive information and handle it differently from the general personal information described elsewhere in this Policy:

  • Opt-in only. We collect Workout Data only when you affirmatively choose to enter it. You are never required to use the workout-logging feature to purchase products or use the rest of the App.
  • Never used for advertising. Workout Data is never shared with, or used to build audiences for, Meta, TikTok, Google, or any other advertising platform, and it is never combined with the advertising-related data described in "Advertising Technologies and Your Choices" above.
  • Never sold. Consistent with our overall commitment above, we do not sell or share Workout Data with any third party for money or other valuable consideration.
  • Your control. You can view, edit, export, or permanently delete your Workout Data at any time from within the App, or by contacting us using the details below.
  • Limited internal use. We use Workout Data only to provide the workout-logging feature to you and to maintain and improve that feature's basic functionality (e.g., app stability and bug fixes). We do not analyze Workout Data to infer health conditions about you.

If you are a resident of Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, or another state with a consumer health data law, this section, together with your rights described under "Your Rights" below, is intended to satisfy the specific consent, use-limitation, and deletion requirements those laws provide for this category of information.

Cookies

Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site. For specific information about Cookies used to power our store with Shopify, see shopify.com/legal/cookies. We use Cookies to power and improve the Site, run analytics, and (as described above) support our advertising.

Most browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can set your browser to remove or reject them. Blocking Cookies may negatively impact your experience or cause some features not to work correctly.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose your personal information to:

  • Vendors or third parties who perform services on our behalf (e.g., IT management, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment, and shipping).
  • Advertising partners, as described in "Advertising Technologies and Your Choices" above.
  • Our affiliates or corporate group.
  • Third parties in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets, to comply with legal obligations, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights of VEEVUS, our users, or others.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information without your consent or for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties for money.

Third-Party Websites and Links

Our Site may link to websites or platforms operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those sites, and encourage you to review their own policies.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below to request its deletion. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security and Retention of Your Information

No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." We recommend not using insecure channels to send us sensitive information. How long we retain your personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

  • Right to Access / Know what personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Delete personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing or Targeted Advertising — see "Advertising Technologies and Your Choices" above.
  • Right to Restrict Processing.

  • Right to Appeal a denied request by replying directly to our denial.
  • Managing Communication Preferences — unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in those emails. You may still receive non-promotional emails about your account or orders.

You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, subject to proof of authorization.

Complaints

If you have complaints about how we handle your personal information, contact us using the details below. If unsatisfied with our response, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. EEA residents can find their supervisory authority here.

International Users

We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country you live in. If we transfer personal information out of Europe, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the destination country is deemed adequate.
