When will you ship my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll notify you via email with all the shipping details.
Where is my order shipped from?
Your order may be shipped from either our US warehouse or our EU warehouse, depending on your location and the items you’ve ordered.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use that tracking number on the shipping provider’s website to track your package.
How do I make changes to an existing order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make adjustments. In that case, you’ll need to initiate a return once the order is delivered.
What if my order hasn’t arrived, or has arrived damaged?
If your order hasn’t arrived: Please let us know, and we will contact the courier to request an update on your order status. If the tracking information still shows the item is "on the way," please wait. We are only able to take further action if the parcel is confirmed lost. 


If your order has arrived damaged:
 Contact us within 2 days of receiving your package and include clear photos of the damage. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue promptly.

Unworn and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll process your refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Note: Gift cards and ViP memberships are non-returnable.

1. You receive $120 in gift cards every year. This means that just by joining, you get $20 more than your membership fee. Every quarter, you receive a $30 gift card, totaling $120 per year! Gift cards expire at the end of the quarter in which they are issued, so please don’t forget to use them before they expire! 


- Quarter 1 is January, February, March

- Quarter 2 is April, May, June 

- Quarter 3 is July, August, September 

- Quarter 4 is October, November, December

I forgot to use my $30 quarterly ViP Gift Card, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot reissue expired gift cards. As outlined in our ViP program, the $30 gift cards are only valid during the specific quarter they are issued. To avoid missing out in the future, we recommend installing our app on your phone, and enabling notifications. We always send reminders to help you use your coupons before they expire!

Are there any fees from my side related to the Sponsorship?

There are no fees associated with applying for sponsorship, and if your application is accepted, there are also no fees from our side for using the system. Businesses typically pay thousands of dollars for similar systems, but at VEEVUS, we provide it to you for free. However, there are a few third-party fees you should consider, which are not related to VEEVUS:


1. Credit Card Processing Fee: Stripe (a third party payment processor) charges a monthly $5 fee to ensure a valid credit card is kept on file.


2. Optional Third-Party Costs: If you wish to purchase domains or your own email, these costs are managed by external providers and are entirely your responsibility. 


These fees are not connected to VEEVUS but are optional or operational expenses that you may encounter. We strive to keep our system as accessible and cost-effective as possible for our sponsored partners!
