Refund policy

As a private consumer, you have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt as well as any tracking number. You are responsible for paying the shipping when returning items to us, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that are engraved or build specifically for you. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Stores & B2B customers do not have a return policy. All sales are final.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and pay for the shipping of the return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes! As mentioned above, it's 100% free to join VEEVUS Family program. The only terms are that you have to post 4 photos per month, and in return you will receive 20% off on our entire shop.

Do I need to have a certain amount of followers?

No, anyone can join the VEEVUS Family. We don't care how many followers you have.

I think I am qualified to join the VEEVUS Pro team, how do I apply?

Unfortunately the VEEVUS PRO team is an exclusive, invite-only program. Membership is not open for application. Our best advice is to join the VEEVUS Family, as we review the best and most loyal fans each month. Being part of the VEEVUS family does not guarantee that you will be invited into the PRO team. Unlike the VEEVUS Family, the PRO team has very limited slots.
